Through the syllabus , examination & certification are Controlled by the NCVT /DGE&T, New Delhi, the institute is managed by the Institute Managing Committee (IMC) headed by an Industry Partner (HINDALCO Industries Ltd. Hirakud) under the guidance of the State level steering Committee (SLSC) headed by the Secretary to Govt. Industries Dept. Bhubaneswar.
